• To assist with developing and implementing a diverse and stimulating program that matches the needs of the children
• To work collaboratively with a team of educators to motivate and inspire them
• To encourage and maintain an outstanding standard throughout the service
• To assist in establishing daily routines and create appropriate limits and boundaries for children to encourage positive behaviour
• To become a key part of the school community by building solid, positive relationships with school leaders and parents

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care
• Working With Children Check
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain one)
• Current driver's license
