Joining Atlantis Ocean Keys as Centre Manager in 2021 marked the beginning of an incredibly fulfilling journey for me. Leading a 223-place centre with over 60 educators was certainly a challenge, but one that has proven to be immensely rewarding. What drew me to the Atlantis group was their unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care through child-led exploration and discovery. With the guidance and support of the Leadership team and access to diverse and enriching training opportunities, I've been able to not only fulfill but thrive in my role. Each day, I oversee the operations with dedication, nurturing the growth of our young learners in a warm and inviting environment ensuring families feel supported and educators are empowered. My mission is to deliver the highest quality care and education to every child within our service.
