I joined the Atlantis Group as the Centre Manager for Ocean Keys OSHC in 2021. During my time I have trained and mentored team members to progress into emerging leaders on their journey from Trainees to Centre Managers. My responsibilities encompass the seamless management of day-to-day operations, overseeing a team of educators committed to delivering exceeding quality care. I am proud to create an in-demand program which caters and cares for children in our community and providing them the opportunity to go on exciting excursions and be engaged and involved learners. I love the challenges of managing a 223-place centre and being able to provide the care for so many children, whilst helping and guiding a team of educators to strive for excellence with passion and dedication.
