Our Regional Manager role is a fast paced role where you can utilise your knowledge and understanding of the Early Childhood and Outside School Care sectors alongside your Leadership Skills. This role reports into our Head of Operations and is primarily responsible for providing leadership, training and development and operational direction to 5-7 services to ensure they are operating in line with our vision and philosophy, whilst also exceeding industry standards, all whilst having a profound impact on the lives of children and families in our community.

Hi, my name is Emma-Jane, and I have been part of the Atlantis family for 8 years now.
The Atlantis Group has provided me with so many opportunities for career growth. I started out as the OSHC Manager for Ocean Keys and after a year, progressed into the role of an OSHC Regional Manager managing a portfolio of 8 OSHC services.
Every day is different in my role and I love providing support to my team, assisting them in delivering high-quality care and services to their families and children. The learning opportunities available to me, such as leadership training, have been invaluable. My role is incredibly diverse, allowing me to engage and spend time with the children during my visits, train and mentor educators and I receive exceptional support from the Support Office.
