Trainee Educator at The Atlantis Group

I came from working in aged care for 9 years care then onto high needs support worker in community services. I first started doing Agency work for OSHC shifts before I started at The Atlantis Group.

I was so impressed on how things are run at The Atlantis Group. Not only with amazing support towards the children but with the same compassion, empathy and respect is shown towards each and every staff member. The Atlantis Group helps staff grow so they can provide the best care possible towards the children. I especially like how the kitchen cooks and prepares all the meals, so no child is left hungry or feels the shame of coming from a family who can't afford the expensive treats or lunch boxes. I enjoy having a group of little friends to do all those Pinterest crafts ideas with.

I love how children see the world. As adults we forget to admire our surroundings, children will point out so many interesting things we just don't see any more. The Atlantis Group always keeps staffing levels in ratio, allowing staff to have time to bond with the children creating a friendly, relaxing and supporting environment for all children, families and staff members.
