The Atlantis Group donate an additional 20 CareBags to charity
Last week we were delighted to catch up with Sandy, Vice Chair at CareBags, again to hand over an additional 20 CareBags this winter that The Atlantis Group kindly donated in addition to the 59 winter CareBags we handed over in June from our families and staff.
Sandy took time out of her busy schedule to visit the team at Atlantis Early Learning and OSHC Ocean Keys and was blown away by our impressive Education Centre. "It's so big, what a wonderful place for our young children to learn and play!!" comments Sandy.
Some of the Early Learning children came outside between rain showers to help Sandy place all the bags in the car along with OSHC Manager, Sarah McCarthy, Educational Leader, Rebecca Daniels and Kindy Educator, Megan Dickerson, so she could take the bags away to dispatch to young children who are in need this winter.
"As one of The Atlantis Group's Charity Partners, we feel strongly about supporting the CareBags Winter Drive each year and helping as many children as possible in their time of need. These additional 20 CareBags will go to young females, aged 10-16 who need to know they matter, they are valued and people care when they have to go into foster homes often under traumatic experiences." says Operations Director, Rory Hindle.
